The best vitamins in the world are the pre-natal vitamins, the prescription ones you can ask your doctor they are good for men and women for men they have to take 2 pills intead of one but if you can't get the prescription you can get the over the counter ones just look at the label and get the ones with more iron and calcium on them.

Well in the past I have wanted to try more natural products, but most if not all of them have cause some kind of irritation to my skin. In all honesty I haven't tried too many products. What drugstore brands are good? What kind of ingredients should I look for for combo/sensitive skin with some acne?
What are the benefits of natural skincare oppossed to conventional?
P.S. Is it ok to switch up skincare products a lot (like everytime something runs out) or should I wait to switch even if I don't like something?
I think that you should try Burt's Bees. They are a great, all natural company that uses minimal processing tools and also are all for 'the greater good'. Natural is always better for yourself and for the environment. Also, you should give Physician's Formula a try as well. They just came out with an amazing line of Organic products that are sold at all drugstores and walmart. They work flawlessly.

organic cosmetics
Hello, I would like to change my toiletries and cosmetics to an organic range I know there are lots on the market and I would like to use one that is registered with the british soil association like Neals yard remidies or saaf. have you tried using any of these or similar products, What do you think ? would you recommend them ? where the results the same or better than other non organic products you have used in the past.
Many thanks in advance.
I started using Organic shampoos/conditioners, and 4 brands gave me the worst dandruff. I enjoy using organic face cream, any brand really, as long as they have a lot of vitamins and extracts. Organic face products I would recommend. They are no better at performing than regular non organic products, however.

I am looking for brands of makeup and lotions that are safe from harmful chemicals. I am especially want to find face and body lotion, mascara, foundation and eye shadow. The cheaper the better.
Unfortunately most natural products are hard to find cheap because they don’t use cheap chemical preservatives. Try Aubrey Organics, Lavera & Lavera, Eccobella, Colorganics, Zia or Bare Minerals. Beware, a lot of products that say they are natural still use chemical preservatives and fillers. Even Bare Minerals uses them.

I've been using mineral makeup that is 100% chemical-free (unlike Bare Minerals). The company is Everyday Minerals and their website is http://www.everydayminerals.com . In addition to their all-natural cosmetics, their prices are extremely reasonable and their customer service is great. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for natural cosmetics.
