We all consume solid food for our body’s well being everyday. But have you ever consumed food specially for your skin’s health? In this article, I shall tell you about great skin diets that shall help prevent wrinkles and also give natural healthy smooth skin.

We are mindful of the most important role that our solid food and diet plays in our overall health. Skin food contains of those items that not only help prevent wrinkles and give lively glowing skin, but they also promote the broad wellness.

And it is also crucial to include anti aging skincare products in your everyday skincare system. Not only will it help prevent wrinkles, but it will also assist you in looking fresh and brilliant even in the matured days of your life.

To begin with, let us look at a healthy diet for skin that can help prevent wrinkles.

Items that are abundant in antioxidant properties are very effective to prevent face wrinkles. They are supreme battlers of the free radicals that induce a lot of impairment to the skin cells. And it is a established medical fact that green leafy veggies are the greatest reservoir of antioxidants. Foods like spinach, brocolli, kale, collard greens are a few vegetables which can be genuinely called skin foods. They can surprisingly help prevent wrinkles.

Besides that, omega 3 fatty acids too help prevent wrinkles. Fatty fish are one of the key reservoirs of omega 3 fatty acids. Fishes like tuna fish and salmon are rich reservoir of omega 3 fatty acids that help prevent face wrinkles.

Right Away let us look at what anti aging skincare that we must study to help prevent wrinkles. This is also a part of skin food as you might be conscious that not only does our skin feeds on oxygen but it also literally “ingests” whatever lotion or solution is applied topically on it.

Therefore, if you apply superior quality organic ingredient anti aging creams, your body shall benefit a lot by those foods. And on the contrary, if you employ such skin care products that have detrimental chemical substances and preservatives in them, then even those detrimental poisonous constituents reach right to your bloodstream and skin tissues.

I have discovered two spectacular skin food elements that work effectively to support skin health and vitality. They are Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame. Clinical tests on Cynergy TK on human volunteers have pointed that it works fabulously well in revitalising the natural manufacture of collagen and elastin in our body.

Collagen and Elastin are the two critical skin proteins in our body and are responsible in retaining our skin firm, supple, beautiful and lively. As we mature, the natural manufacture of collagen and elastin retards and this contributes to wrinkles, saggy skin, old age spots and dark unbalanced skin complexion.

Phytessence Wakame is an extract from a special Japanese sea algae. The Japanese reckon it as one of their skin foods and its therapeutic properties are well known – like it helps prevent wrinkles. It is eaten up like a solid food in Japanese homes. It is not a surprising fact that Japanese women tend to age gracefully!

Thanks to contemporary medical science, after knowing the tremendousskin anti aging gains that Phytessence Wakame has to offer, now its selection has been scientifically processed and used in anti wrinkle skincare products. This way it works doubly capable to prevent face wrinkles and give supple and creamy skin.

You can visit my website for a more comprehensive research on organic ingredients that are working effectively as part of natural anti wrinkle skincare.

Your skin would love you for such herbal skincare substances that are healthy skin foods, help prevent wrinkles and give you a youthful and healthy skin.

What is Organic Baby Care?

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: organic make up

Babies today are born into a world where they will be bombarded with chemicals which they are ill equipped to deal with. In fact, the process starts before birth, with the mother’s diet likely to be laced with a chemical concoction the human immune system is not fully designed to handle. Add to that the polluted air she breathes and water she drinks, and the deadly drugs she may be taking, that innocent baby is brought into a world that is immediately hostile to their health. However, there is much a parent can do to minimize the effect of that chemical invasion, and one of those is to use organic baby care wherever possible.

What is Organic Baby Care?

There is no globally accepted definition of organic, although some countries have tried to establish enforceable standards. For simplicity, let us say that organic products should not have been grown or developed with the use of pesticides, herbicides, or artificial fertilizers, and have not been genetically modified in any way.

Organic baby care, then, is to bring up a baby using as many organically grown products as possible. Most parents would want to extend that to include as many eco-friendly products as well. So, what sort of “organic” products can play a part in your baby’s development.

Organic Baby Food

Ideally, feeding your baby organic foods should start while she is still in the womb. What the baby’s mother eats and drinks, breathes and has injected into her affect the quality of the baby’s sustenance before birth, and in the breast milk after birth. A mother who lives on organic food as far as possible will get her baby off to a good start.

Once the baby comes off breast milk to solids, it is important to keep as much control over her food as possible. It is very easy to avoid processed and canned food, whose origins you know little about, and may contain contaminants not only in the food itself but the lining of the can. Wherever possible use organic foods and chemical free juices and water in order to give the baby a good start in life so far as nourishment goes. If possible, follow the advice of a holistically trained professional nutritionist to find the right balance of food.

Organic Bedding & Clothing

Many parents these days seek out what they call organic bedding. It may be very difficult to find, but baby bedding does exist that has been made from natural fibers that have been organically grown. However, do look for some genuine indication that the cotton or wool is organic. An item that is just labeled 100% cotton, without any organic certification, is unlikely to be organic but chemically laden. The same applies to baby clothes.

Organic Baby Accessories

There are many baby accessories that can be eco-friendly or even organic. Organic baby wipes and diapers are now quite easily available, and they are items that parents need every day for their baby. Using organic bio-degradable diapers can be a great benefit to the environment compared to using the old style disposables. Many children’s toys are made of natural materials rather than plastics, and even organic teethers, made from 100% cotton, can be found if you search hard enough.

While it may not be possible in this day and age to bring up a completely organic baby, you do at least have the chance to minimize the chemical intake of your children. With trends as they are, more products will be developed as time passes, making your task that much easier.

Mercury and Health: What is Mercury and Why It’s so Harmful

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: organic cosmetics

Mercury is actually a neurotoxin produced from rocks and volcanoes, fresh water lakes and oceans. Again, many industrial processes like power generation from coal, metal mining and waste ignition lead to generation of mercury that is tremendously harmful. The augmented industrialization is largely responsible for the generation of such a harmful metal.

Mercury Forms in the Atmosphere

There can be three forms of mercury:

-Elemental mercury: It is in the form of silvery volatile liquid that is normally found.

-Inorganic mercury: It is the compounded form that is actually known as mercury salt.

-Organic mercury: When mercury is combined with carbon, it is called organic mercury.

Exposure of Mercury to human body

Due to it unbreakable nature, it stays in the environment for a long period and doesn’t get dissolve in it. This is why, there is more possibility of mercury exposure to human body. This will might shock you that mercury can badly affect the kidneys, brain, liver and spinal cord. The diseases, which can be caused by this extremely injurious element, are distorted vision, problems in breathing, nausea, memory loss, hallucination, personality disorder, pneumonitis and many more. The main body parts that seriously have an effect on it are brain and kidney. It can be soaked up by the skin and causes dangerous allergies.

Mercury consists of a compound that is called methyl mercury. This is the most ruinous part of this element. It is strictly advised to pregnant women to stay away from the element, as it can affect the development of the baby in womb and can lead to weak memory and language.

How do we get in contact with mercury?

The air can get contaminated even by a broken thermometer, as it gets evaporated very quickly and then dissolve in air. It also gets dissolve in the air when coal and wood are burnt, as fuel or when toxic waste is burned up. This portion of mercury in air gets liquefied with the rain and then flows into rivers, oceans and lakes. After amalgamating in water, this element turn up into highly toxic compound called methylmercury. This is sometimes absorbed by fish and then it is consumed by human beings via fish curries that they enjoy with pleasure. Again, when these contaminated fishes are eaten by any animal and in this way, we get expose to mercury. You cannot clear up the mercury element from fish by washing and cooking them.

There are some other ways as well, from which we can consume mercury. Dental filling is one of them. Sometimes over dental fillings can cause the mercury exposure. Along with that, certain cosmetics products also include mercury that can cause allergies. The breakage of fluorescent bulbs can also be a reason behind the exposure.

Symptoms of exposure to Mercury

You can figure out yourself whether you are exposed to mercury or not, if you observe these symptoms:

-Itching

-Muscle weakness

-Sweating

-Psychological and mental disorder

-Hair loss

-Improper functioning of kidney

So, having a proper knowledge about mercury and the consequences to mercury exposure can save you from any future problem.

To Your Health!

Understanding the Process of Permanent Makeup Application – the Good and the Bad of it

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: organic beauty

There are things that we want to be temporary in life. Like in the case of suffering and heartaches, we want these things to end right away. Sometimes, when your satisfaction is not met, things can become temporary too. However, just as there are things that we want to stay in a short span of time, there are also things that we want to stay forever. These stuff or even feelings are pleasurable. There is much satisfaction in it, that you do not want it to be changed or exchanged with anything else in the world. Comfort, happiness, love, treasures, abundance and anything positive are things that we want to have until we die.

Permanence is hard to achieve. That is because times are changing and everything is dynamic in the world. However, beauty can be timeless and it can make the world stand still. Have you ever watched breath-taking view on top of a hill? It stops time. Physical beauty on the other hand can change and its levels vary according to age. It can wear out together with our physiologic deterioration, genetic problems or accidents. Despite of it all, these defective beauties can still be remedied with the use of permanent makeup.

Yes, some of us have nice cheekbones, great eye color, natural pouting pinkish lips or the perfect nose. However, problems in beauty can happen in other parts of your body like your skin. Some accidentally loose their hair on their eyebrows and it takes time to grow them back while others suffer pigmentation that causes an imbalance on the look. This method can really help achieve high self-esteem and gives you a good body image at times when you think your problems cannot be solved.

Tattooing is the technique in applying this method. Yes, they are just like the dragons, snakes and other hard-core graphics that people place on their arm, legs and other parts of the body. The only different is that the tattoo will be applied in the areas on the face to help the user to put a permanent color on the structures on the face.

How is it done? Definitely, the same as any tattoo application. It involves puncturing your skin with organic pigments. Is it painful? It all depends on your pain tolerance but as many people find it, tattooing just stings a lot. This is probably what they meant when they quoted “beauty knows no pain”.

What are the probably downsides? If you are hypersensitive, then the use of these organic pigments can cause allergic reaction to your skin. Therefore, you should be careful. If it could not appear now, it may be later. On top of that, to perform this permanent makeup, needles are involved. Therefore, you need to be sure on where you will be performing it because it can pose high risk incidence of HIV transmission or possible infection from other disease. You have to be sure that the needles used are sterilized. Therefore, it requires you to be meticulous at all times. One more thing, since you will be punctured, the part of your face will be swollen for a bit. Do not worry this is the temporary part and it simply goes away leaving you a permanent shade of your preferred color. But this could be a painful experience, so be ready for it.

The Truth About Men’s Skincare

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: natural skincare

Cosmetic companies seem to think that men’s skincare products can be just like women’s, as long as they have a “manly” fragrance.  There are some basic differences between a man’s face and a woman’s.  These differences need to be taken into consideration when creating men anti-aging skincare products.  Otherwise, they just won’t be effective and could eventually make your skin look worse.

Even if you are a young man, you want to use men’s skincare solutions that delay the signs of aging.  It’s just the safest and healthiest thing that you can do, as long as you know which ingredients to look for and which to avoid.  If you keep reading, that’s what you’ll learn.

Just for Men Anti-aging Skincare Ingredients:

I call them “just for men anti-aging skincare ingredients”, because they address the issues of redness and inflammation.  Those are two problems that most guys have, particularly those that shave.  If you’re a young man, you might not “see” it, but it is a problem.

Not only does chronic inflammation, which is largely due to shaving, negatively affect your appearance, it can also affect the skin’s long-term health.  Researchers now believe that chronic inflammation plays a major role in the development of cancerous cells.

So, men’s skincare creams that contain natural anti-inflammatories may also help prevent skin cancer.  If you also strive to use cleansers and shaving lubricants that contain safe and natural ingredients, then you’ll look better today and in the future.

Using a just for men anti-aging skincare cream every day, after you shave, instead of the alcohol-based aftershaves that most guys use, is an important step.  The ingredients to look for include witch hazel and capuacu butter.

Witch hazel was once the most popular solution for aftershaves, but petroleum-based alcohols are cheaper and basically took over the market.  Witch hazel is a plant-derived astringent that has natural antibacterial and antioxidant activity.  It has been recommended for psoriasis, eczema, blisters, cracked skin, insect bites, poison ivy and cold sores.

Capuacu butter comes from a fruit, native to South America.  It helps to heal razor and sunburns, contains essential fatty acids that are needed to replenish the skin’s moisture content.

Ingredients that Men’s Skincare Products Should Not Contain:

The biggest problem with petroleum based alcohols is that they strip the skin of its natural moisture, causing excessive dryness and making the skin’s cells more easily damaged.  They also increase redness and irritation.  Plant-based alcohols are a better choice, but most companies don’t use them, because they cost more.

You don’t need or want artificial preservatives in a men anti-aging skincare cream.  Natural vitamin E is an effective preservative and an important antioxidant that prevents the appearance of age spots and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  Again, companies don’t use it, because it costs more than artificial preservatives.  Added fragrances are also unnecessary and a common cause of allergic reactions.

There is a new line of men’s skincare creams that are safe and effective.  That’s what you need to look for. Visit my website today to learn more about the natural substances that are designed to keep men’s skin looking healthy and young.

Top Five Reasons Why Mineral Makeup Should be Your Choice of Cosmetics for Daily Use

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: natural cosmetics

We all want to leave our homes looking nice and presentable. Everyday, before leaving, you usually check on the mirror how you look with your clothes to see if it fits you right. When the ensemble does not work together, you probably hit the closet and dig in for more clothes that work well. After combing and shaving, men are good to go. Women, on the other hand takes a longer time in dressing up. This is because most of them use cosmetics in order to enhance facial features and complement their outfit for the day.

Cosmetic use has been popular since the Ancient times. Different nations have different purposes for using it. It was used for beauty treatment, definition of status quo, protection from illness and many other reasons. Men even used this to enhance their skin. However, despite the many beliefs of people about its usage, it had negative effects on its user for lack of testing of ingredients. Good thing as years add on to reach the modern era, these cosmetics have evolved using the finest substances that can ensure blending for all skin types and most of all, it is safe to use.

One of the most popular cosmetics nowadays is what we call mineral makeup. There are many reasons why you should be using it. This is the most sought after product nowadays for the following reasons:

1. It is all natural as they claimed it to be. Aside from the fact that it is common for giving you a natural look and feeling, this cosmetic literally has eliminated the use of synthetics like perfume, dyes and other harmful chemicals that can possible lead to skin irritation.

2. It has an anti-inflammatory effect on the skin that when you apply it on, your face looks calm. It does not clog pores and it does not create a wrinkly effect on your skin when used for hours. This is attributed to the presence of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

3. The substances used in this cosmetic actually have a natural ability to protect you from the sun. However, it may not be enough to protect you from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. Therefore, it is still advisable to put on more protections. Looking at it, having at least some protection is better than having nothing at all, right?

4. Unlike other cosmetics, mineral makeup can last longer even without preservatives. Therefore, even if some of the brands are quite expensive, it is still worth buying because you will not be having problems on your skin and, you do not have to buy a new one for at quite some time.

5. The substances used to make these cosmetics adhere well to the skin. It gives you a shimmery and smooth appearance. Because of all of these properties, there is such ease in application and on top of that, it preserves skin moisture better. It blends well on all skin types making it good for dark, light and medium complexion.

i have really sensitive eyes, is there any organic natural make up that wouldn’t affect my eyes?

Posted by: Susan Wilson - Natural Organic Makeup  :  Category: organic make up

well, i went doctors last week.. and told him that every time i put make up on i get an eye infection, my eyes go red, itchy, skin ripping off & puffy, i realized i’m allergic to make up. the doctor only convinced me that i’m beautiful and i should worry about make up at all. i agreed but sometimes theres specail occasions that i may have to wear make up for. but really, make up is an everyday thing for women these days, i feel self conscious with out it. anyway, can someone pleasee pleasee tell mee what i could usee thats organic?

The OCA has a list of the real organic body care products and Physician’s formula is on the do not use because they are anything but Organic list

And they have a list of products that are Organic as well.

Because body care/cosmetics are regulated by the FDA and not the USDA there are no Organic standards or regulations so any of these products can slap the word Organic on their label even if they have no certified Organic ingredients and things like parabens in them.
