i like sephora, but they don’t carry everything. i am currently in search of a long lasting or waterproof eyeliner and nothing i can find in the store or online is good enough. are there any other physical stores that carry many different cosmetics including natural/organic? a similarly great return policy would be also be a plus.

physicians formula has an organic line and they sell them at any drug store. target sales them and they have a very good return policy just save ur receipt. just tell them that the makeup wasnt what it promised and youll be fine.
