Natural skincare and haircare products?

It seems that most skincare and haircare products contain many harmful ingredients – despite many claiming to be ‘natural’. For example, Lush claims that it’s very natural and yes it does use natural ingredients but in the shampoos there are also parabens, which are really bad. So are there any skincare and haircare products that are in actual fact free from harmful ingredients and natural?
